Set up the Plan!
You've made it to the last and FINAL STEP of this workshop!
I'm so proud of you for the work you have been/are putting in to get this stuff done.
If I'm being honest this is the hardest one (especially if you have kids.)
But! Here's a thought that may make this a little easier:
You now know of a FREE option that lets you easily change it whenever you want!
If you have someone in mind you'd like as godparents to your kids, but for some reason in this season of life that simply doesn't seem like the wisest option, you can always change it later!
If you and your spouse can't come to a decision you both fully agree on, settle for a middle-ground option for now (agreeing to revisit the topic next year), and make it legal! - otherwise, if something were to happen, you’d have no choice (it will be the court's decision) AND your kids would be out thousands of dollars of your hard-earned money that the government will get instead! No Thank you!

Print it.
Review it.
Sign it in front of a notary with 2 witnesses.
That's it!
Once you get all these documents notarized and into your important papers organizer you have these basic adulting things done!
